What Is The Best Video Game Adaptation Movie?? - Blu-ray Forum

There have been alot of video game turned movies out there. I believe I got them all but it seems 1 or so always slip through the cracks! I didnt list animated movies or foreign movies! If somehow the movie u think is the best and it qualifies under my qualifications then just reply with it! Also list the worst as well and if your fav is diff then the one u voted for as the best u can list that as well. My take would be:

Best: Resident Evil: Apocalypse

Worst: Super Mario Bros.

Its a shame cause I am the biggest fan of the Super Mario Bros. series but the movie was garbalistic!! Got Em!!

RE, so far is the best...Tomb Raider is another good one though...There is a lot of badd movies in this list...but by far Super Mario FTW or is that lost? LoL...

Hard to choose from that list of poor movies, but I will go with Silent Hill.

Im surprised again! I didnt know more people thought the first Resident Evil was the best of the series! It didnt even follow the game! Got Em!!

I'm guessing this is for the best film disregarding how close it followed the game.

The best I have seen was the first Resident Evil. Max Payne was decent too, just really slow.

The worst is the new Street Fighter.

I know that, but what i meant was alot of people complained about that and it got alot of backlash! I like all 3 but 2 is the best to me easily! But again just a comment thats all! Got Em!!

I liked the second but the climax kind of killed it for me. All 3 movies have big flaws IMO but I am looking forward to more.

I never played the game but like I said, I think this is just best movie, not what movie best represents the game. Also, I think Milla Jovoviche is beautiful but hey, to each his own.

I never played the game but like I said, I think this is just best movie, not what movie best represents the game. Also, I think Milla Jovoviche is beautiful but hey, to each his own.

I went with Silent Hill but that list is full of suck. I didn't reallize how bad these adaptations were until I saw them all listed.

Agreed!! I almost didnt make the poll, but still thought it was a good category but the execution just wasnt there for some of these flicks! Hopefully the ones in the future are better! Got Em!!
