House faces North/South, and the HT window being in the NE side so shouldn't be a huge issue esp in the later day when i would be using it the most. But still going to do my best to black out the windows. Probably with some Window Tint, then it will have 2" Blinds, then Blackout Drapes.

Yeah, a projector really adds that Wow reaction, and im only shooting it on a textured flat white wall with no sound, and i still couldn't believe how big it was.

Nice screen shot of the pioneer 23. I'm getting that within the next month or 2 and haven't seen it up close (I have the sc-05 so i'm not concerned about 'blind' buying it). Makes for a better idea of what its like in real life than the pics I've seen of it on the internet. Enjoy the new toys!

Setup looks awesome man, glad to see it's finally getting there! Love the new projector

I remember when you doubled up a while back, looks like I'm finally gonna need a second shelf someday soon!

Hey Layd Dly. i just came across your thread and i have to say i love your setup. I had a question for you though:

I saw that you had purchased wall panels for audio connections. i wanted to know if your home was already set up for them or if you are doing the wiring yourself? and if so, How do you do it?

My house wasnt setup for them, but since my HT is in a loft upstairs i will be able to run wires in the attic and down the walls. I need to get to it one of these weekends when i am not so busy.

Oh I see. I would like to do that, but i still live with my parents. Good luck with that and make sure you take pictures of it because, as you may or may not know the saying here on the forum, No Picture, Didn't Happen.

No major HT upgrades, as we have been bsy geting our first floor ready for the holidays. So here are a few Pics of the Current Living Rooms Setup With some Paint and some new Laminate Flooring and 5" baseboards. Now i still need some wire management but i am waiting for another PS3 before i get that going.

Awesome Systems. Both in the Living Room and Also in the HT Room .
The Addition of the Optoma HD20 1080p Projector is one of the Best Upgrades you can make in Any System.Having an image of 120 to 130 inches will make you feel as if you are in a Commercial Theater.

And adding the Pioneer Elite AVR is another Incredible Upgrade.Great Sound with an Enormous Number of Features and Connections.

And with the Polk Speakers for the Living Room System, it should sound Good with Movies or Music.

Most people would be More then Happy with just the Living Room System you have. But having the LR System and then having a System So Incredible in the HT Room is Sheer Genius.

Awesome Any and Every Way you look at this.Congratulations on the New House,Living Room System and Room Upgrades, and the HT Room with the Projector and Receiver Upgrade.

Looks as if Your Christmas Gifts have been Delivered by Santa on a Continious Basis.
Simply Amazing, and Thanks for Sharing!
