USA Away We Go Blu-ray

I saw this at Target. Maya Rudolph seems to be pregnant in many of her films, se definately was in Prairie Home Companion as well. I also beleive she is the daughter of the late Minnie Ripperton, most notable for the song "Lovin' You".

Did you have a point or topic of conversation here, or were you just informing us that you saw a video for sale at Target? I'm a little confused...

I believe that there is a film titled "Away We Go" which is available on Blu-ray. I can see how many would interpret the thread title as a hint that Blu-ray is about to go extremely mainstream.

It's all a matter of perspective.

The price is way to high at Target and everywere else right now, but I have heard mixed reviews about it. Universal prices seem to drop pretty quickly. Sam Mendes is a great director, has anybody here seen it yet?

I really enjoyed this film. It's a quirky comedy focusing on parenthood. It probably has more in common with films like Little Miss Sunshine and Sunshine Cleaning than any of Mendes' other work. Krasinski and Rudolph are both terrific, and the supporting characters are entertaining if sometimes weird. There are a number of characters which could seem too over the top for some viewers.
