Good to see they've extended the offer. Wow, a heck of a great list of movies to choose from.

BVHE: The Prestige, Wild Hogs, Pirates of Caribbean: Curse of the Black Pearl

Warner: Swordfish, Superman, Full Metal Jacket

Lionsgate: Stir of Echoes, American Psycho, The Devil's Rejects

Sony: The Patriot, S.W.A.T, Ultraviolet

Fox/MGM: Chain Reaction, Omen 666, Flight of the Phoenix, Species, Hart's War, The Last Waltz

Not sure about the rest, but CECHA01 is the 60 GB, got it off the box. I think it applies to all models though. If you click on the sheet on the website, there is only 1 box to check for "PS3" so it would seem like all current models (and perhaps the rumored 40 GB version?) are eligible.

Since I"m doubting I get "The italian job" with my choices I made, maybe they'll substitute The Prestige or something instead.

Why not save yourself a pile of money and just upgrade your hard drive, and keep your better backwards compatibility?

I agree for around $100 and five minutes of your time you can have a 160GB PS3.

Some interesting things to note:

A third PS3 model pretty much confirms the 40GB.
Panasonic's rumored DMP-BD30K is also confirmed.
Neither the LG nor the Samsung dual-format players are included in the offer.
The supposedly cancelled Samsung BD-P2400 is included.
Only players from Sony, Samsung, Panasonic, Pioneer, and Philips are included.

Nice to see Warner still taking part and the confirmation of a new PS3 model. Having it listed on there already implies to me that it isn't going to be that long before it will be released.

I also think including the PS3 in the offer is one of the smartest things the BDA and/or Sony have done. Seems to me that if somebody sends in for the free movies and decides to watch even 3 of them, that is a good incentive to get the PS3 hooked up to the best display in the house. And for those who send in for them but don't get into Blu-ray in the short run, just owning 5 Blu-ray movies should do a good job of helping lock them into the Blu-ray side if they do decide to buy a standalone later.

From the original link, look at the top of the page.

Here's the Canadian link. Unfortunately, still void in Quebec. I have no idea why. Register with your non-Quebec relative's address or your second home then.
