Is "Howl's Moving Castle" aka "El Increible Castillo Vagabundo" a legit Blu-ray? - Blu-ray Forum

I am just wondering if this is a legit release or a fake? I've been contemplating buying it.

It seems like a legit release... HOWEVER, check the specifications on the back of the cover, it is not an HD transfer and the sound I seem to recall was 2.1

A co-worker told me Disney has no plans in the short future to release Miyazaki's films on Bluray (since they have the distribution rights in the US)

Yeah, it's been taken into consideration to buy it. I have the URL for Mix Up's store but that $18 USD shipping cost is what's really killing it for me because the final price would be $40 USD.

Right, and then again, the specifications seem to indicate it is the same DVD transfer put into a BD... I already own the DVD so I'd better wait for a Disney release in Hi-Def
