You're welcome. Please package up the Dali's carefully, and send them to me. Dali's are fantastic speakers, and I really love the natural sound and imaging of ribbon tweeters.

Fantastic system!

Fantastic system!
You'd have to pick it up instead. Don't have the crates anymore.
They do sound fantastic! Still bringing a smile to my face 5 years later. Thanks for the kind comments.

That is A System,I Would Be Proud to Call My Own .

Every Piece and Component are Both Beautiful as well as Incedible Performers.I cant find a Single Thing In This Amazing System to say could be slightly better.Because I Dont Believe it Gets Much better then This.

Stand Up and Feel Proud(I Know I Would)You,fine sir, have assembled a System That I see as Inspiration to have me improve mine.
Also Those Dali Speakers and Isolation Platforms are Just too Good to be True.

And Did I overlook it,or did you list what Speaker Cables and InnerConnects you are using?

Thanks For Sharing your Passion as well as Extra Time and Money With Us.As I would Imagine this A/V System has Taken Up More Then Its Fair Share,of all of th Above.

Thank you. It's taken me many many years, starting way back in 1991. It has been a wonderful, never ending journey.
Yes, I listed my cable brands.

Thank You .

I am not familar with PureNote, but I have found that on a weekly basis or so I find a New Brand of IC's or Speaker Cable that I was not aware of.

And I am in the process of putting my 2-channel System back together with a SACD Player and a Turntable.
I will use the Rotel Two Channel Amp and Rotel Pre-Amp I have now.
I will use the Fronts and possibly the sub as well, from my Home Theater System. As my AV Receiver has a bypass mode.

So I do believe in the difference Quality Cables can make in bringing out More Detail in the Music.

In the Past I had used All AudioQuest cables. But my local Dealer stopped carrying them.
TheCable Companies they stock and carry the most of in-house(without placing a Special Order)are Transparent Cables and AudioLink.

At the moment I am using Monster XPHP 10awg speaker wire.Philips Top Line IC's(a Gift From a Close Friend and Outstanding 2-Channel Audio Nut ) and Both Monster and Philips HDMI Cables.

And I do know Monster is often extremely overpriced by certain retailers. But I paid a good deal less the $1.00/ft for a 100ft Spool. So I am Happy in that Regard.

So I was wondering if you have an impression as to the sound quality your cables are providing with in your system. And also the Upgraded Power Cables I see you are using as well.

Sorry to be so inquisitive but I am just trying to learn all I can as I continue putting together the 2-Channel End of my System.

And,I must Say Again. The Work You Have Put Into Your System Shows Thru In Every Single Detail. It is Incredible .

talstarone,

I believe good quality cable can make a difference, power cords especially in my case. You'll get many on the other end but you have to ultimately decide if you do hear a difference in your system and if it's worth the upgrade.

Did a bit of demoing about 4 yrs ago with many different companies and I found the Pure Notes for my budget, were the most neutral in my system. They're a bit more expensive now but you can still get some at great used prices at audiogon.

Look into these guys. http://www.anticables.com/. Been hearing good things about them lately.

Jose.

Congrats on the new toy !!! I've never had the opportunity to audition any of their gear. But if it sounds as good as it looks, I imagine you are one happy man

Enjoy,

Andrew

Enjoy,

Thanks Andrew. Was looking for a pre/pro that can sound as good as my 2ch pre. This may be the one as 2ch is that good. Now I can sell my pre and simplify my system. The only other HT pro I've heard to have great 2ch playback was the Proceed AVP I owned a while back. Still remember that SQ...

Thank You Sincerely for taking the time to answer my Question .

I appreciate both the reply as well as the link.I will certainly give these cables a good look.

And I still have to say your system is easily one of my Favorites.

I would have loved to see how you got that Moon amp on that rack.

LOL, doesn't appear to be much wiggle room.

Your equipment is incredible (especially those speakers......Dali's!!.) I can't take my eyes off of the Classe and that Moon Titan monster amp either. That is one set-up that maintains the past while incorporating the future. The power and beauty you have there is a perfect blend....every thing is top notch...great job!

I can only imagine the heat that the amp puts off. And we have people b!tch!ng about the heat a plasma may put off. Probably a small space heater in the winter.
