Hey guys, in case anyone was wondering how this game is...it's definitely worth the $9.99 price tag! I bought it this weekend and played it for a good 4 hours yesterday. The visuals and menus are very pleasing to the eye, the gameplay is fun (and addicting) and it's challenging (starts off easy though, but gets much harder)!

Hey, if this game made me forget about Uncharted 2 while I was playing it, it's pretty darn good!

real-time strategy, but not like games like C&C or Warcraft. It's hard to describe, but you're basically a general sending your troops to capture territory (buildings). Captured areas are primarily used in the production of more men, but can also be converted to towers for defense or forges for attack/defense upgrades.

The interface is very slick and suits console gaming very well (unlike the aforementioned C&C and Warcraft). I'm loving the challenge of the game so far. I'm about 2/3 done and can say with confidence that this game is definitely worth the $9.99 even for a one-time playthrough in campaign.

I'm a fan of realtime strategy games, and this game is defenetly worth the 10 bucks. Its a must if your a fan of those type of games.

This game is fun. On Easy it's not too bad. Hard is just... ridiculous. Very challenging. But still fun.

Right now my wife and I are trying to beat the last level. Even on East it's proving to be difficult.

This is a really good game for anyone interested. My gf bought it last night because she loves RTS and cute characters. I thought that it wasnt going to have much depth but surprisingly it does. Good buy for 10 bucks.

I feel like it's a a bit better than PJ Monsters. Own both and once you get into the meat of the game, they actually are quite different (for one, PJ Monsters is tower defense while Mushroom Wars is more moving armies around). Art style could be characterized as similar but even then I think Mushroom Wars looks better.

bit the bullet on it this weekend with a friend, started on hardmode, didnt find out that each shape button means a different %of your men sent until level 5 haha, its insanely hard at first (on hard that is), and the tutorial kinda doesnt help

havent tried easy mode though saving that for last

The 60 minute campain trophy is crap! I beat one level in 2:10, went back in beat it again in 1:22, but since my overall score wasn't higher it didn't count toward the lower time. I am stuck at 2:10 unless i can figure out how to beat it faster AND with a higher score.

lol...i haven't played this game in a long while....but i know where I left of...its the level that you have to beat in under 3 mins....i was playing it under normal, may have to switch to easy until I get the hang of it again....
