Australia Emma ARRIVED ALL-REGION ABC

Emma arrived from Australia and it reminds me of the quality of the BBC miniseries "Pride and Prejudice" which was filmed in Super 16mm. Some excess film grain and not quite the sharpness of 35mm.

IMDB has no info on the tech specs for Emma.

Still, it looks a lot better than the previous US DVD that was not even enhanced for 16:9 widescreen TVs.

Sorry no extras. Best Buy will be selling the Icon Home Ent. import in the next few days, but its only available via their website.

It played fine on my US PS3.

Looking at the Blu-ray Region Code site, I stumbled upon Emma as being region-free and found your post here.

Wow! Did not know this was released. Is this the 1996 film version w/ Gywenth Paltrow or the 1996 TV version w/ Kate Beckinsale?
