Half Life 2 is coming to the PS3 for people who do not have a poweful enough computer to run it, that's $ 60 gone. The same day Assasins Creed is getting released. I thing I am going to have going to get a strange feeling in my wallet on the 14th that of being broke. I am really going to be poor house come November as I am planning to by a HDMI 1.3 Denon receiver soon. Oh well, easy come, easy go.

that doesnt even include all of the blu-ray movies coming out november 13th

Yeah, HL2 is a must buy for me. Assassins Creed I can hold out for for at least a little while. The BR movies is another story... I Robot, DBZ, Close Encounters... not to mention all the stuff coming the weeks before and after...

Any idea if Half Life and Portal will have keyboard and mouse support on PS3. I would love to get this...but I'm still for keyboard and mouse controls for FPS games.

Portal is part of the Orange Box: Half Life Episode 2, Team Fortress 2, and Portal

I played HL2 on the PC and I would say that it is my second all time favorite FPS next to Duke Nukem. I didn't even care for the first HL.

I never even played or seen a screenshot of the first, and i consider 2 to be my favorite PFS of all time, if not my favorite GAME fo all time.

I'm hoping that it will have keyboard and mouse support too.

Is K/M support more of a PS3 issue, or does it have to be implemented for each game?

I'm really trying to enjoy my PS3 as a gaming platform, but I have trouble using the SIXAXIS. It's hard to migrate to that device when I've always used the K/M in my gaming.

It could be. I don't know what I'll end up buying come November 13, but one game I'll be picking up for sure is NFS.

All of the talk about various dates for a buy-athon. No matter what, this day will be one of many before years end that will be one for me.

Expensive is not even a word close to describing this day for me!

Call of Duty 4 : Modern Warfare comes out on Nov. 5. This is the game that created the most buzz at E3. Game informer magazine rated it their most wanted game of the year.
