I'd say that if you're a fan of the film its definitely worth the upgrade. I'd give it a solid 4 out of 5 for PQ. It has a pretty heavy layer of grain throughout the movie but it didn't bother me at all and I think it was probably Soderbergh's intentions for it to look that way. If you don't mind grain you'll be happy you bought it....all the colors of the Vegas strip really pop on blu.

I agree with BluBrown. I read the "bad" reviews and had decided not to pick up Ocean's 11 on BD. But, I already had its two sequels so eventually decided (for completists sake rather than anything else) to purchase the BD.
With my admittedly low expectatiojns I was pleasantly surprised and thought it was certainly an upgrade over the DVD version. I noticed the grain but I think this was intentional on the filmmakers part. I'd recommend getting it, especially if you are a fan of the film ![]() |

Okay for what it is, but Warner just tossed this out on the market with a minimal amount of time and effort in the transfer. Whenever a special edition is released in the future, it will look significantly better. Many catalog titles from WB are just put out with whatever HD elements they have currently and are not as good as the films would look with a proper restoration.

What a shame Warners!
I have these 3 films on standard DVD and would love to upgrade them to Blu-ray but I won't be spending my money on a boxset until they get the proper treatment they deserve. Lets have lossless sound on all 3 films. There should be no excuse for not doing this, they are all modern films and all made Warners a nice packet at the box office, so come on Warners, give us something decent for our £20 |

I only have the first film in the set because I didn't care too much for the second two.I agree lossless sound would be better, but am happy as 11 only cost me about $7.50.
Some refuse to buy any blu without lossless sound and I can understand their views, but even though I would love it on every release I will not not buy one just for that reason. |

The first one sounded/looked great to me. The second one sounded great, looked slightly above average.
Haven't seen the final movie yet. Either way, I paid $14.99 for the complete set...can't go wrong. I've never own or even seen the movies anyways. So I am pretty satisfied. |
