Okay not literally but he wants to be in a remake of the movie with him & Cruise as the leads and thinks it's a good idea.

I honestly never saw the original but since it's such a loved film from the past and a western, you can't really update it and I doubt there were anything that was wrong with the movie.

I honestly don't care about Scientology so let's make this thread about the topic rather than that.

Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid is one of those movies that should never be remade, for a variety of reasons. The biggest reason it shouldn't be remade is that you simply cannot replace the magic of Paul Newman. He is truly one of the legendary personalities in cinema history. He had so much charm in every role that it would be impossible to replicate it.
