Default Ps3 Slim revision

Since there will most likely be a new ps3 slim revision around august next year(just going by the fact that the ps3 has been revised every november and august since it was released)..what do you think it will include? I included a poll so you can also add things if you want i can only think of a couple..

Since a ps3 has already had a firmware update playing stereoscopic 3d it will most likely be released before august I would guess since it's been already known for almost a year..

Because there's no benefit to changing the standard late in the game like that. USB on the PS3 is used for almost nothing (of major importance at least), the object of the game is to reduce the price of the system as time goes on, not increase it.

And this hasn't been all that true this gen, but I think keeping different revisions of systems more or less similar feature/spec wise is a big thing. The only company that has done this is Nintendo really, and consumer confusion is a big deal for other systems.

Even changing the disc read speed would be a useless addition. 26 million PS3's exist with the old read speed, introducing a new one would benefit no one because games will still need to be made with 2X in mind.

45nm Cell/RSX. Thats about it really. Though in 12 months i wouldnt be surprised to see the standard model being the 250gb insteadd of the 120gb.

Thats not a good reason. People want movies to boot faster, games to load faster. There are lots of reasons to improve the drive speed. The drive will run as fast as it can in any machine. If its 2x or 4x or 8x it will run at the fastest speed possible.
