New monsters inc blu ray listing on bestbuy.com - Blu-ray Forum

I was looking up monsters inc on the site and i came across 2 listings for it on blu ray. One was the one that was just released this week, and the other has no box image yet and has a release date of 12/8. Can this be a possible steelbook release of the movie?

Can't see them releasing a SteelBook version of a movie 4 weeks after the standard one... And Best Buy always uses a "Bb" code whenever it's an exclusive... No idea what this is...
