Posted November 11, 2009 03:58 PM by Josh Dreuth

Warner Home Video has announced that they will lower prices on several Blu- ray TV series beginning December 1st. Those titles receiving price reductions are:
Smallville: The Complete Sixth Season
Smallville: The Complete Seventh Season

What does this mean? That I'll be getting season 8 sooner rather than later.

Maybe if they included lossless audio then they wouldnt have to drop the price.

+1 They can drop the price all they want, but if it is on blu-ray and doesn't include lossless audio, then no sale Warner.

Agreed there is a lot of Warner releases I would love to have but not getting it until some kind of lossless treatment. And then there is ones I want on Blu-ray but will probably fall under the lossy treatment and so it's a definite no-buy until a better release.
