I'm completely blown away that U2 wasn't listed under best multiplayer also. I think with it's extensive and lengthy coop options as well as run and guns it is way more robust than MW2 and others. It basically just seems to come down to whether you prefer 1st person to 3rd person and being able to climb and use the entire map instead of just the linear parts.

It's based more on the comics than the show, but they did use some of the voice cast from the show.
