Default Problem with my plasma?

I have a Samsung pn50b560. It's a couple months old. Over the past month or so I've noticed black lines along the edge of the screen. Now, I'm not sure if they've always been there or if they crept up recently. I've taken some very high-res photos of the lines so you can see what I'm talking about. Any help would be appreciated on diagnosing what these lines are.

The lines show up best when viewing an image that takes up the entire screen. They also show up when I run the scrolling screen burn protection.

I run the scrolling lines liberally, so I don't get burn in. So, I'm sure this is not burn-in. And the lines can still be seen after the TV is turned off, as some photos will illustrate.

I haven't tried the display out with a Blu-ray playing, only ATT Uverse HD cable.

Here are the pictures I took. I made them links leading to the full-size images. Also, ignore the dust, please In the process of moving so bunnies be everywhere.

With cable on:

TV off:

Any help would be appreciated. The lines honestly don't seem to disrupt the actual picture at all. I've messed with the screen position (as in changing the picture's horizontal and vertical axis) and the picture itself doesn't gain any pixels, meaning none are hiding behind the lines.

Cheers!

My pioneer has the same black lines along the edges. From what I've seen and read on other forums this is how the panels are made. The picture filling up the whole screen until those black lines are normal so take a breathe and relax.

I have the samsung a650 and it's the same thing, the black lines around the image is there for a reason, it's for when your viewing your tv on an angle the image dosn't get lost in the frame of the TV, if your still concerned go to BB or somewhere they sell your TV and look at the floor models.

Hahahaha and sorry for this. I've stopped noticing it until today. That's what brought up the bumpage.
