New Line needs Snakes on a Plane on BD

I thought Snakes on a Plane was a very enjoyable and rewatchable movie. If New Line decides to release it on BD this would be a day one purchase. The PQ was stellas as far as dvd goes so the BD would be absolutely insane.

Bought this on SD because I thought it was good. It sucked. It was OK the first time but after that it's just horrid. Terrible acting, terrible CGI, terrible period. It could have been a lot better but it wasn't.

If SLJ was not in it, it would have gone directly to disc and ended up in the spanish bargain bin at wal-mart for 2 pesos.

Y'know, heard they had to actually go back for reshoots and forcibly put that line in the movie, just because the "One Pulp-Fiction joke" fan's saturation of the line before the movie had come out had reached the point that Jackson and New Line thought viewers would be "disappointed" if it wasn't in the final script?

...Now, by law of nature, wouldn't that normally fall under the rule of "By the time you hear a trend joked about in a movie/TV-show, it's officially over"?
C'mon, New Line killed the gag themselves through greedy dollar-sign commercialization, can't the rest of us follow suit?

(Besides, I'm of the opinion that SoaP-jokes were officially buried on the Oscar ceremonies, when Ellen's cheap gag turned into a real Pilobolus routine...

it flopped in the theaters so I doubt it would be a big seller on blu ray

sorry, but there are hundreds possibly thousands of movies much better than snakes on a plane that should be released first

You obvious either did not see Black Snake Moan or it was too deep for you. Not enough explosions and car chases I take it?

Black Snake Moan was an adult movie with adult themes concerning love, forgiveness, redemption, mercy and tolerance.
