Batman Begins In Movie Experience Question - Blu-ray Forum

Just got this one as a belated Birthday gift and I have a question for those of you you own it. How do I switch it so I can hear the audio on the Batman Begins In Movie Experience? My Sony SBD-350 is fully firmware upgraded but for some reason when I turn the feature on I can see the picture in picture but I can't hear the audio from that track only the movie audio plays. None of the menu options seem to do anything what am I missing?

From what I understand, this is an issue caused by "bitstreaming" the audio to a receiver that is capable of decoding Dolby TrueHD, DTS HD and so on. The audio from a commentary or "In Movie Experience" or anything secondary like that is ignored but if you output the audio as PCM instead, then everything can be heard just fine.

Anyone wants to confirm that, feel free. I read about it here in the forums.

I thought my player already was set to PCM since the one in Hancock works just fine but I'll double check thanks.

Change audio output to PCM and make sure secondary audio is turned on.

HDMI is set to 2 channel pcm DTS is set to downmix pcm & 96khz 24 bit still nothing any other suggestions?

I got it, I had to switch BD audio setting from Direct to Mix for some reason. Staff feel free to close this now.
