Titles that have a new/different release (same studio) will not be considered "out of print"; example: "The Fifth Element" first release. Picture quality fanatics and Disney fans would be advised not to miss out on the Sleeping Beauty BD. The restoration and look of the imagery is stunningly gorgeous, along with the straight nostalgia of the movie.

If Disney follows it's usual protocol with "Vault" titles, and the aforementioned date is true, then it won't come out again until (gulp) 2017.

It may have gotten cancelled but a few people do have copies. I remember seeing them go for over 100 on the bay when blu Ray was I'm it's infancy. Copies of the Sony release definitely got out

The most rare & oop anime blu-ray, USA release of Yukikaze! Took me 2 years to track down a copy

Also SOS Tokyo Metro Explores, USA anime blu-ray.

And I believe Painted Skin (HK all region) blu-ray release is oop.
