Update: this is all mess up.. they sent me all at the same day but in different time.. the first one was in the morning, the rest at noon. So, what's the difference? They changed the invoice format.. the title is cut/incomplete in the new format. And I also notice they started to use bubble wrap to send me the wrong DVD. While the SteelBook was sent in that thin envelope.

So the problem was there.. the title was cut, so it couldn't see SteelBook.. but still you have the BLU and a new feature product Code.. what a mess up!!!!!

It sucks but I jumped off the boat so you won't have to get me another one.

lol I agree it was a clean cut crisp looking steelie, plus I like that its white cover stands; it out from the many dull and bland covered steelies I have next to it.

I kinder like the funky substandard Bluray cases.

Okay so some of the thinner DVD cases holds two discs and takes up less space in the horizontal but the print on the spine is just too small!

A few Bluray cases does hold three discs which is same as DVD cases only the Bluray is smaller case.

Oh, for crying out loud, its just an inch smaller in height over DVD case (rule of thumb).

i had star trek steels go missing in the post from play, typical a its the first time i think ive had anything go missing with them, now i see it oop and getting expensive on a certain auction site

This is exactly why I never order anything from Play.com, even though I live in the UK and they are a UK based site, they still seem to suck.

One time, I ordered the Directors Cut of Stargate on DVD when it was new from Play.com. What I got in the post however, was a case with a ripped Directors Cut label, and a blank DVD+RW disc inside.

Since then if I was a Play.com exclusive, I go to ebay.co.uk and sometimes get lucky.

Never had a problem with HMV.com or amazon.co.uk exclusives though.

They sent me once the wrong product (the canadian Scream releases instead of the american boxset of the trilogy) but they didn't charged anything :S
Anyway, I never got their answer.

I have been trying to call them for weeks now for another problem (my terminator salvation SB is under "processing" status for more than 3 weeks now) and all I can reach is the answering machine telling me that my call would be answered soon...

This company sucks man!
