Has anybody else had a delay from Bing cashback through Sears? - Blu-ray Forum

Juat wondering. I bought a tv on monday, and I still have not gotten an email.

Yessir... I ordered a compound miter saw on the 4th and waited 5 days... no response... i've got a ticket open with Microsoft right now. I ordered stuff from Walmart the same day and received the cashback in my account 2 days later... Last email I got from Microsoft was 2 days ago saying they were working with Sears.

It seems that this is an ongoing problem with Sears and Bing.

If an item has shipped and you haven't received the Bing notice by day three or four, it will never come. Contact their customer service, it is relatively painless if you haven't deleted your order emails.
