Same case really would'nt bother me (would actually same space, but no eco-cases please!), but give me two discs, and NO FLIPPERS, PLEASE WARNER. I would'nt think they would both two moves on the same side of single disc. Count me in for the Grumpy and Analyze sets!

Yeah it's great, except for those of us who already bought the first film.

Would like see them release "Arthur" (first time in 1.85 Widescreen for home video), and "Arthur 2 On The Rocks" as well as combo. Classic Dudley Moore. "When you get caught between the moon and New York City, I know It's crazy, but it's true" (heard that great song just today!)

+ 1,000

Thank you!! I'm glad someone remembered these two classics!! Count me in, too!!

I'd also like to see a double feature for both "The Fugitive" and "U.S. Marshals", considering that both films featured Tommy Lee Jones in his Oscar-winning role from "The Fugitive".

"Stand and Deliver" and "Lean on Me" would also make a great two-fer. Two great school dramas that need the widescreen hi-def treatment! A pairing of BOTH "Cannonball Run" films would also be welcome. and since I'm on the subject of Burt Reynolds, a "Hooper/Sharkey's Machine combo would make my day!

Now you're talking! "Are you sure you want to be a nightclub comic?" LOL!

Really great from Warner to do that.
Most of us are worried about Packaging.
I hope they are in large slipcase with two separate BLu ray cases for each movie.

I hope other studios will follow too. It would be really nice to see more of the same. Specially movies that are related to eachother as a way to increase bluray exposure. Movies like:

-The Never Ending Sory 1 + 2
- Ace Ventura 1+ 2
- Bedazzled Original + Remake
- The Haunting Original + Remake
- Night of the Living Dead Original + Remake
- Bill & Ted's Adventures 1 + 2
- Nutty Professor 1 + 2
- Meet the Parents/ Meet the Fockers
- Ring 1 + 2
- Romeo Juliet Original + Remake

I guess all these titles are not on bluray.

Yeah I can't complain enough, today WB's quality control took a nose dive for HD. Sad sad day. they look ugly and tacky and I wouldn't have one of them in my collection if they handed me one for free I would throw it in the trash.

For those of us who haven't seen these yet, could you describe them and explain why they are so bad?

Just do a search for any of the titles This site has the cover art posted for them. They look cheap. Worst cover art travesty ever. Bad idea. Some dont' care, but let's be honest some titles could suffer in the end ... I have fingers crossed that Where Eagles Dare will get its own release that film is about 2.5 hours long. It needs its own 50GB disc.

Yay, Frantic in widescreen!!! I've been waiting years for this. I've never said this before, but DAY ONE for me.

Flippers and two-on-one discs would suck. So would crappy transfers. But if this is what it takes to get movies like Frantic released then so be it. We need to face the facts that studios aren't going to dump a bunch of money into marketing old movies. There's too much risk involved for them.
