"Power abuse" in customer service ;) - Blu-ray Forum

I had one person ring me asking about the cheapest place to get an XBox 360 Elite. "Oh you don't want that" I reply giving little good chunks of info on the PS3 (her kid has a PS2 already) Blu-Ray, so there and then picked up a PS3 on Amazon for £369.99 with 3 games and an HDMI cable. For her son's Christmas present!

Sweet. She will probably order Pirates when it comes out over here in UK too!

i do something similar at my store but to have them buy it right there not go into a website that way i am helping Blu-Ray win, helping out the company i work for, plus i get more people to see how great the PS3 can really be and also tell them that the system updates are making the ps3 better and better each time a new update comes along. i even go as far as to grab a copy in the back room and show them the list of things the ps3 would be capable of doing and tell them about the folding@home and they always ask me if its a charity and i tell them no because it is true plus no subscriptions to go into the Playstation Network just internet connection unlike the XBOX systems
