Panamax and Xbox 360

So i got a panamax 4300, and i have everything hooked up to it. but, i remember that microsoft said that something about the 360 not being allowed to hook up to a surge protector. i don't see the problem with hooking it up to the panamax, but i'm no expert either. insights, anyone?

My Xbox 360 has been plugged into a Belkin PF60 for the last week or so and for at least a year before that it was plugged into a PF30. I've never had any trouble plugging it into either of these models.

Simple solution, just don't tell them. If your Xbox fails and they ask you, then say no it was plugged into the wall. They will have no way to trace whether or not you had it into a surge protector.

I have had my original Xbox 360 that I purchsed on the release day into my Power Center 3500 and never had one problem either.
