January and February are bleak

The bad news: Looking at the releases for the next 2 months, I see nothing I will spend money on buying. (Ok, maybe 1 or 2 if they are priced at $9.99.)

The good news: I can focus on college basketball and save my money!

I see Fear and Loathing and Walk The Line on the horizon, but not much else. Jan and Feb are typically slow months in home video, as all the summer blockbusters have already come out, and the "awards-season" films are still a few months off from home video release.

Sometimes there are OK catalog titles to fill the gaps, but usually not a ton.

Yea I agree not much for me too. I'll pick up 10 Things I hate About You and thats it for January and Zombieland, Mystic River, and maybe Goodfellas Digibook in February.

Agree it's bleak, although that is expected. Only sure buys for me are Chuck season 2 and Goodfellas, and I'll consider Walk the Line, Cabin Fever, and Zombieland.

For BSG, you can buy the complete set from amazon.co.uk for 168$US shipped at you're door (they are region free and 1080p/24hz). Witch is 33$US shipping included per season. Since they are gonna be 60$US EACH, it's pretty much an awesome saving..

yeah if you have 170 to drop.. i got bills due i can't drop 170 on a dvd set
