Do you sleep with your door open/closed?(Thoughts after watching Paranormal Activity)

After watching Paranormal Activity last night it just made me wonder

well i most of the time sleep with my door open in fact i'm the only one if the house that sleeps with the door open, maybe it is because i get off at 1am from work and i'm always the last one to sleep so it is not like there is any noise outside or anything that could affect me trying to fall to sleep at night.

All depends on the night... am I alone in the house? is so, usually the door open so I can hear if anyone breaks in or if the phone rings. Other people in the house? door shut, but flyscreen window open due to heat.

I sleep with my door open, but that is only because it allows for quicker access to my daughter's or son's room if they happen to wake up during the night or if they get out of bed and need to get us.

I keep it closed in the winter since I have the humidifier on. In the summer it's open, because I usually have the fan on and a window open for a breeze. It's a 50/50 in spring/fall.

Always closed, because I have a roommate and I sleep with my dog in the room. It would be closed anyway though. Even when I lived alone in an apartment I slept with the door closed, no real reason why.

I always slept with the door closed until my daughter was born. Now I leave it open so I can hear if she needs me.

I have kids who come in and out of their rooms, and inevitably into my room, all night long.

So my door is always open.

Same here too...once magic making session is over the door gets open back
