I think this looks really good-- Denzel looks to be a badass in it!

I can't help it .. but I get a really corny feeling when watching this trailer. It just doesn't feel very epic for the Mad Max look it's going for. We'll see .. I hope it's good I like the genre.

Just saw the trailer for this, looked pretty cool. Now that I read it's directed by the Hughes Brothers, my expectations are pretty low.

They haven't really made any good movies since Menace. Even that wasn't really that well-made, although it was entertaining. From Hell was decent. I'm just saying they are average moviemakers at best. I'm sure some people may disagree.

Menace was one of, if not the best urban hood life film to me! I thought it was very well made and felt real to the bone! Well see how this one goes but I think it will be excellent! Got Em!!

I think this will be a successful movie for Denzel Washington. Promotion is strong and if hopefully it turns out to be a solid film, word of mouth will help it. Very different role for Denzel so this should appeal to a different audience as well. Hopefully it performs as good as American Gangster or better.

Definitely going opening weekend. Oldman has a range actors dream about. And that Denzel fellow does a decent job as well. He could have a long and successful career if he plays his cards right.
