Amazon.com ever mess up on you? - Blu-ray Forum

i was just checking up on the status of my blu-ray orders from them, last i checked it said everything would be shipped out on the 22nd, i login and it says i've never placed an order with them and all my order info is missing???

i sent them an email and requested a call back this morning and still haven't heard anything

i was lookin forward to the bogos -_-

edit: nevermind its there now oO ??? tried deleting the thread but there's no option?

YAY still getting my movies

Funds from my gift certificate disappeared once and I was able to clear the matter up by calling the toll-free #. At first I spoke with someone who didn't understand the situation and didn't seem to be very astute. I then asked to speak to a manager and got someone who was very professional, understanding, and corrected the mistake.

That happened to me, unfortunately it wasn't with anything good though. I just got two of a backstreet boys cd I bought as a present for someone...damn.
