Target has working ps3 demo...

So I was just cruising today to see if there was anything I wanted and decided to hit up the local target... I was about to look at the limited hd-dvd/blu-ray section when I noticed there was a guy playing something where last I saw was the ps3 section, and it twas a ps3. I thought it was weird but cool so I asked the associate working if it was a production unit or a test/demo like everyone else on the intronet had, he didnt know so he opened the case and it was an actual production model.

I wasent sooo impressed by the demo games as it was playing on 720p and 2 feet from my face. Also the fact that there was a lot of jutter when the game started, and lots of jagged lines. (easily the games problem)

I still plan on getting one just so that I can see the 15 movies max that I would get on blu-ray... anyone else goign to stand in a line 2-3 days in advance?

You're standing too close to the screen. If you played an Xbox 360 demo station, it'd be no different. Also, I'd have to wonder if the store even has the unit set up for at least 720p output. That mistake is more common than you may think.

yeah I tried to switch the res but it was all locked. And honestly I never liked the xbox 360. I tested one at work (walmart) from a return... I felt completey dumb after playing it for a while.
