That is a really good price for all the features that TV has going for it, on top of screen size. Def hoping it gets good reviews, and then gets black friday treatment

Street price will probably be around $2800.

I'd get that 72" just for the kids (and me) to game on. A flat panel that's 72" is badass no matter how you look at it. I've had two 65" panasonics that were sweet and could never affored the 103" I did get a pic with it though.

at 72" a spec resolution of 3840 x 2160 is needed to look superb.

If it gets good reviews, I'll probably get the 55".

I'd definitely be in for one at around that price. My HT is nearly nonexistent right now and i will prolly invest in one around that time.

I'm plannig a new TV purchase about a year from how and this is certainly on my short list of possibilities. I really do hope it gets some good reviews. Also, I am planning on getting a TV from Best Buy with their 3 year no interest financing. I noticed that BB does not have any Vizios for sale now but does anyone think they may begin to carry them in the future?

I just finished talking to a marketing person for Vizio and ask her if she has seen the 72". She said she saw it at CES this year and was "blown away with the quality of picture"

Maybe the PQ is going to be pretty good.

I hope what she told you is true. However, she is a Vizio marketing person so I wouldn't put too much stock into what she says. Hopefully, it turns out to be true though.

My 70" Sony looks fantastic at standard 1080p. I'm willing to give it a chance.
