Visually, it reminded me quite a bit of Children of Men, in as much as it is pretty gritty and bleak and the colors are washed.
It was surprisingly good.

Yes.

If you go in understanding there is a washed out palate of colors, some shaky cam to mimic the concept of the battling, some instances of soft focus because that is what the director wishes to achieve. The review is here and generally it bets between a 3.5-4.5, depending on the reviewer

Believe me it IS worth buying. Awesome fun action movie. I love the 1st one but this is a close second
