Enemy of the State is out now....as in today....and there have been reports of Superman Returns being out at some Targets also.

Enemy of the State is also not out today in North America. It has been delayed until Dcember 19th, 2006.

Yep....looks like there delayed release info is about as accurate as there BD reviews

Enemy of the State hasn't been delayed. We received a review copy along with press sheet today which still includes a street date of Nov 21. Flightplan and Casanova are the only titles originally annouced for this week that have been postponed.
