i cant wait until i hear the news that this will be released
i jus remember the last dvd version i watched of it was reallyy bad!
i hope they can make a good transfer out of it when it comes!

This is my fave Bruce movie of all time. I dont care if its cheesy.

Be careful what you wish for. I just made a post about today's announcement. It's coming out on 7/6.... but only on a "double feature" blu paired with Last Man Standing. Which makes me worry about even the transfer if they're justing throwing it out there like that.

...and "cheesy"?? I don't find it cheesy at all. It's a great flick - and one of the most quotable movies of all time. I love Shane Black stuff!

It's on a BD50, and WB would have just put it on a BD25 if it were released separately. You're getting the same quality.

I know. It's not the memory space I'm worried about. I just think WB is not giving this title much attention or effort, so I wonder if they will even care much about an improved transfer. I'm trying to be optimistic though. I WANT this to look as awesome as it deserves!

I expect this to look like any other lower-level WB catalog title. Average.
