District 9 Limited Edition Collector's Set Blu-ray - Blu-ray Forum

I noticed a District 9 Limited Edition Collector's Set Blu-ray MNU Vest set here. I have been looking online trying to find information about it. I basically am trying to find out if there are any Blu-ray extra or disc extra. From what I have found it looks like it's just extra packing and a vest. I might try calling Sony Pictures tomorrow. Does anyone here know what all extra is in this set?

It's just comes with the vest packaging. There are no extra special features on the disc itself.

And if you get one with the additional Best By exclusive packet, it's a lithograph and dog tag:

Digital Copy and the Blu itself. It has all features and extras (deleted scenes, commentary, etc.) too.

This is true; however, this BB set also comes with an exclusive collector booklet (pictures and assorted making-of text facts), too.

The Best Buys in my area are all out of stock. That set was only for a limited time. A few members here, found it on ebay. That's the only best place to get it. Good luck!!

Most stores sold out after a couple of days.

If you can find it at the store, it's much cheaper than what you'd have to pay online, but most stores got rid of them the very day they released. I know at mine, I had asked one of the people about it, and he said they were gone that same day.

Thanks Everyone. I had allready purchased District 9 on Blu-ray but I have not opened it yet so I can still return it. I wanted to find out if the Collectors set had any extra stuff on a Blu-ray and/or Dvd disc before I opened the one I have.

I just bought the collector's set at a Best Buy in Arizona. I have the movie already, but I really regretted not picking the vest up when it came out. I assumed it was sold out at every store so I hadn't checked its availability for a while.

There's one vest left at the Surprise store on Bell in Arizona if anyone's interested.
