An old thread, i know, but this seems the best place to post my question

I took advantage of the price drop on Amazon.de for this item and it has arrived damaged, with the glass batpod chipped badly on a number of corners

Does anyone know an email address that i can contact Amazon.de to arrange a redelivery or return of item?

Ignore that, i found it, and they replied within 5 minutes to say they are sending a new one! Im impressed!!

Aww that's a shame you received it in damaged condition.
I received mine last week in perfect condition. It's a shame the glass is not attached to the ehm..black thing.

Sorry lol, can't come up with the English word.
