#1. LOTR
#2. Matrix (VERY F'N CLOSE TO #1)
#3. Star Wars
#4. Family Guy (This type of 2D animation can stay in 480p for all I care. Nothing much more can be gained for me in Hi-Def from this style of animation. That doesn't mean I don't LOVE that crazy family and their crazy monkey!!!)

I don't think that Family Guy would look much different on blu-ray. It never focused on animated details. I only would buy the first Matrix movie. I would expect Star Wars to sell the most, but the LOTR's movies are my all time favorite movies.

Cool

LOTR is such an epic trilogy that it demands the Blu treatment.

When you say Starwars 1,2,3 if you are talking about the newer movies, then I pick LOTR, if you meant the older movies then Starwars.

Keep Family Guy in 480p but put every single episode on one Blu-ray disc.

I guess I would have to put them in this order:

1) LOST (every season)
2) Star Wars
3) Matrix
4) LOTR

I'm just not a fan of Family Guy,

I must say I am the ONLY person in the world to have NOT seen ANY of the Lord of the Rings, but I would pick it up if it does come to Blu at some point.

Of those:

Star War & Famliy Guy

I love how people are posting movies that aren't even on the list.

My list would be the following:

1. LOTR
2. Star Wars
3. Matrix
4. Family Guy

and want to see:

Fellini Satyricon
Tabor Uxhodit v Nebo
Devdas

I did not think family guy would be much different in HD either, but since directv has TBS that broadcast it in HD and not in the sidebar format that fox has it really looks good. The thing that really suprised me was how good cartoon network looks in HD, I never really watched it but now that it is in HD I do. I thin on Blu-ray you could put a lot of episodes of family guy on one disc along with alot of extras which would be great.

What's with the Family Guy business?

Personally I wanna see the following:

1. Transformers (Such a waste on HD DVD)
2. Star Wars (All frick'n 6)
3. LOTR Trilog (Of course)
4. Grindhouse, Sin City, Kill Bill 1 &2, and Pulp Fiction (Get the Theme?)
5. Titanic (Think about it)
6. GodFather 1 & 2 (Best 2 movies ever)
7. The Incredibles and Finding Nemo (Pixar's 2 best)
8. Batman Begins (It's about time already)
9. Tha Matrix Trilog (Again, it's about time already)
10. Braveheart (Would be awesome in HD)
11. Gladiator (Top 10 favs)
12. Family Guy ...not
