FINALLY!

I was thinking just yesterday, "where the hell is Shutter Island?" Have been anticipating this ever since leaving the cinema. Will be a day one purchase for me. Would be nice if they knocked a few £££'s off though.

HMV exclusive of Shutter Island up for pre-order. Not sure about the artwork though, it looks a bit bland.

i think i prefer it to the one play as up (even though its still tbc), simpler is sometimes good.

When HMV say 'sleeve', do you think they mean slipcover? Rather prefer the original artwork for Shutter Island, but if this is an alternative artwork slip on top of the original, I'd certainly be interested.

I emailed them for clarification too, as they have used 'sleeve' before but meant the internal sleeve and not an additional slipcover

. I'll post an update here once they reply.

I hope the audio isn't DD 5.1 like HMV's description says..

I pre ordered the HMV exclusive a couple of days ago, cannot wait for this!

I absolutly loved it at the cinema.

Cant wait for inception now!

This was a pretty big movie and did well and yet its Bluray has 2 bonus features.

Can't wait for this but will be going for the normal edition. Hmv also had a metallic sleeve for adventureland which I wanted but cost to much and hasn't dropped in price.

This release though, I prefer the theatrical poster art as I anticipated the cinema release for 6 months walking past the poster.

I'll be interested to see if those are the real audio specs. I'd be suprised

No, when HMV say "exclusive sleeve" they just mean the cover art.

Wrong. Alice in Wonderland (hmv exclusive) is clearly described as an exclusive sleeve when they probably mean slipcase (to slide the postcards in). hmv have a habit of describing something as sleeved when they either mean the artwork sleeve inside or an additional slipcover, example here - clearly slipcover and not inside sleeve artwork.

I ordered the HMV exclusive Adventureland and it was just the cover art, no slipcase, so got a refund.

HMV seem to be a bit confused with "sleeve". I guess sometimes they mean cover art and other times a slipcase... and we just have to guess!
