Default Under $200 Blu-ray player recommendations

I'm looking for a really decent player for less than $200 dollars. What I really want is something that is very functional (good remote), extremely good picture, extremely reliable, and fast loading.

The things listed below would just be a bonus:
-Netflix
-WiFi
-Youtube
-Windows Media Center (if any even have this)

Any suggestions?
Thanks.

Could any of you recommend a home theater system with Blu-ray player included?

Probably $400 cap for me... 7.1 surround is a bonus. Oh and just fyi, herzbog made this post for me since it wouldn't let me start a new topic yet. So I'm not trying to steal his thread or anything of the sort.

I've been researching this one some once I noticed it was $300 at bestbuy and only $150 on Amazon, I wanted to know how much of a steal it actually was. In a lot of the reviews that I have read, people say that this thing has amazing video and audio but is a little sluggish on loading. What's your opinion, wafi?

I don't have that Sony, but I do have an S350 and an S360, you can find good Sony's for under $200.00, and I NEVER have ANY problems with mine (like the recent Avatar debaucle, played just fine in my Sony).

Its not a turtle but that being said its no PS3. I've ran it against my Sony 300 and the other Pioneer model that I have and its def quicker than both. If you have updated firmware it should be fine...Avatar on it, typically takes about a minute, if that helps. The PQ and AQ is outstanding I gotta say! But yeah the Oppo player and the PS3 are def quicker.

Good to hear, wafi. I'm thinking pretty hard on getting this, it's already in my cart! I noticed that it has its own speaker outputs on the back. Do you use those directly or do you have a separate audio system that this is hooked up to? Would you recommend one over the other?

Well now that I've searched it some, I've noticed 2 different back panels that come up for this model.

You have this one, with speaker outputs that I mentioned above: http://www.avrev.com/images/stories/...P-320_REAR.jpg

And then their is this one, with just the component: http://www.pioneer.co.uk/images/prod...ar_gallery.jpg

And I realize I probably sound silly asking about the audio out since there is HDMI but I will be using component-to-VGA so that this can be used with my Sharp HD projector.
