Default Incredible Hulk Choppy Playback on PS3

Dug out the Hulk to watch and noticed that most of the movie it runs a little choppy. Not terribly noticeable, maybe like the difference between 120hz and not having it. Anyone else see this? I was running it on the 60GB PS3, the older one. Don't recall this when I first got it and don't see it on the special features or BD Live. I am wondering if one of the firmware updates did something.

I might have to go back and watch it to see.

I watched "The Hulk" not long ago, and didn't see any choppy playback.

I just watched The Incredible Hulk a few days ago and had no problems.

Maybe your older model is going

Definitely doesn't sound like a common thing is my reasoning.

It was subtle but there. I will have to watch it on my other TV, the one I originally watched it on that has 120hz smoothing. This one doesn't. It was on scenes with movement.

I haven't watched this in a while, but I have viewed my Blu several times without any problems on my 40GB PS3 (phatty). I may have to watch it again to see if I missed it, but it's more probable that your system is going.

It sounds like you have the nasty 120h processing options turned on and now you are watching it closer to how it should be.

I have a Sony XBR9 240ghz turned fully on and I am watching The Incredible Hulk on an old 40GB PS3. Looks wonderful!

Being that I have been playing Bad Company 2 and just watched Never Say Never Again without issues I don't think its the PS3, I think there is so much action in it I was noticing what the 120hz is supposed to fix. I was watching on my LG 50 series that doesn't have it for the first time. Remastered Fifth Element is going in next.
