SteelBook confirmed, and it is a FNAC exclusive, other stores carry the slipcased Amaray:

I ordered some this morning, Lets see if they actually ship this time. Last time they never shipped my Terminator Salvation, instead I got a nice FNAC catalog for 23USD in French

...never ordered that but their free catalog had 15€ shipping

Been there done that with that damn catalog, and had no option to remove it from the order

...... and to boot, they completed the rest of my order with amarays
