Subtitle question - Blu-ray Forum

I need your help. I live in Sweden and the price for Blu-ray is insane here, so I often buy discs from Amazon.co.uk, which is a lot cheaper. However, Amazon often forget to add information about subtitles on their site, so I was wondering if you guys know of a website with subtitle information for Blu-ray releases?

I'd really appreciate your help. Thank you!
