You can order it here, they seem to ship worldwide. I bought Andrei Rublev from them a few weeks ago and I'm in the USA. Russian Airmail costs US $6.00.

Install the Google Toolbar to translate the Russian web page to garbled but follow-able English or other languages.

Find your country's Russian translation as it does not translate the "Country" dropdown list in the order form.
