Problem with LG BD350 bluray player - Blu-ray Forum

I have a LG BD350 blu ray player. When playing ordinary DVD the screen goes black a few times in a movie. The sound continues. When I rewind and play again the blackout is not there. connected to an LCD with HDMI cable. If anyone can help would be much appreciated

Hello! Via USB, for example, USB flash drive. LG's site to download the firmware, copied onto a USB stick ...

you can try and do a system update, by hooking up your blu ray lg to the internet , and after the update is complete try the disc again and if it still has that same issue . then it might be the lens, that is dirty.

This player does not have Internet access.
