It's region Free. But Amazon has both the steelbook and Amaray case, so it's 50% that you may get one or the other.

Saw today at Auchan a supermarket; there were steelbooks only.
And some members from a french blu ray forum who ordered it from Amazon, they received Steelbooks too.
