Default Does Anybody know what the Bourne Trilogy Repackage is gonna be?

I was on bluray.com, and i see there is a "Bourne Trilogy Repackage" coming out. What is the difference between that and the one that is out now? And also, for anyone that has bought it, was is a REALLY good price for it? Best buy has it for $60 but i don't know how good that is

If you buy the Bourne Trilogy, buy it from Amazon UK. It is 1/2 the price of the US version. It is region free so it will play in your player.

I've never bought anything from amazon.uk. What is the difference between versions in movies? Is the artwork different? Or does it look identical in every way.

In this case, just the price and packaging. It still comes with a BD case for each movie, but the artwork is a little different.

If your a fan of the artwork, so far all my imports have had big UK rating symbols on the front as well, i am not anal about that stuff so i did not mind, just a heads up if you care about more then the movie itself.

The UK releases do not have the original theatrical subtitles. These were replaced with player generated soft subtitles.

i don't understand the difference between

https://www.blu-ray.com/movies/The-B...-Blu-ray/3079/

https://www.blu-ray.com/movies/The-B...Blu-ray/11890/

I'm all about the packaging, so if the packaging is better on the one that is out now, than i dont care about the new one coming out. Does anybody know what the differences in packaging will be?

I think it was this site that first led me onto the Bourne movies on Amazon UK. Hassle free, cheapest around, but it did take 10 business days to get to me if I recall. Best idea ever but I rely on people from this site to write about their experiences with the overseas purchases.

The repackage is either going to be:

A. The Flipper Disc Blus in the same fancy box.
B. The original discs in a less fancy box, probably like the Battlestar Galactica re-issue.

I'm almost positive that it will be "B."

I'm more frustrated about the price jumping up already and it hasn't even been released yet.

I have a feeling that the packaging is gonna be worse on the new one coming out. The packaging looks pretty nice for the current one although I've never seen how it opens up. I hate when they release a set when it's just the movies in a box. It's so plain. That's what I have a feeling the new bourne trilogy is gonna be like. Does anyone have pics of the inside of the current trilogy? I've only seen it in the stores, not opened up.

Click on the thumbnail below for pictures of inside the box. I think the box is awesome and if you can get it for $60, I'd grab it if you want the US artwork. Not sure if the UK version is as good or whatever. Could be, just don't know. The Matt Damon flap shown in the front has a magnet in it which snaps onto the silver part of the box which is how it opens for whoever asked. Awesome PQ/AQ and awesome movies of course.

I don't have pics of the inside of the set...perhaps you can Google them. All I can say is that the current box is pretty cool. You lift up Bourne from the front cover, where he is magnetically resting on the other flap. Once you lift him up, the other flap becomes free and the box can open.

Inside are 3 individual Blu ray cases featuring the 3 films. The artwork is identical to the BD + DVD releases, except it obviously doesn't have the BD + DVD logo.

Some people who do not like the slightly oversized box can remove the 3 cases and display them on their shelves with the rest of their collection.

The box is nice, however.

That's the biggest problem with UK/Australia release. The player generated subtitles suck.

Thank you so much for the pics. The set looks awesome! I wanna get it so bad. Do you think $60 is a REALLY good price for it? Amazon has it for $65 and there isnt a big sale going on, best buy is $60 but it doesnt seem like its that great of a deal, but i'm not sure.

For $20 a film I'd bite. I bought mine release week and have considered it to be a worthy investment. Plus the box looks cool

Well I bought it from Worst Buy when it first came out and it was $65 then I think it went up to like $80. I've never seen it cheaper than $65. It' s a super box.
