I Just Met One of My Idols

I'm a big fan of Milli Vanilli, the infamous pop group that was busted for lipsyncing to someone else's vocals. Well I got in touch with one of the real Milli Vanilli singers, Jodie Rocco. She's very nice, and likes talking to fans. She hooked me and some other fans up with some behind-the-scenes info... but that's not the coolest part.

A while back, I made a custom CD cover with the real Milli Vanilli singers on it. Now Jodie's using it as the profile picture for the band's page. And even cooler, I'm singing one of their songs on Friday at my school, and Jodie has asked me to tape it so she can watch the video! I know a lot of this won't mean much to most of you, but I'm having a total fan freakout right now... to put it in terms more people could relate to, it's like having Eddie Van Halen ask to see your guitar cover of "Dreams" or "Why Can't This Be Love".
