Difference between North American and Japanese version of Kill Bill Vol. 1 and 2? - Blu-ray Forum

Can someone tell me if the North American release of Kill Bill Vol. 1 and 2 is the best version out there? I think I read somewhere in the past that there is going to be a Japanese release that might be better encoded. Can someone clarify this for me?

The Japanese releases appear to be very similar if not exactly the same encode.

One thing's for sure - they're the same U.S. theatrical cuts that we got here.
