Thumbs up Sam's Club Blu-ray Display

Went to Sam's Club today and found a Sony Blu Ray Display with a PS3 and the new Sony 301 showing a demo Blu Ray disc on a I believe 46" LCD.

Looked great. Also had BD movies for sale attached to the display and for sale in two other locations !!!

No sign of the red one's !

I shop at 2 different Sams in Maryland, and both have had Blu-Ray players but still have not stocked any movies yet.

Mine was showing Spidey 3. Unfortunately, they had Transformers for HD-DUD.

At mine Sams Club whis weekend they had an endcap playing Cars on a 37" tv and they had about 12-15 titles for sale. No HD-DVD discs in sight.

The Walmart across the street from Sams had an endcap with only movies for sale. 3/4 were Blu and only 7 or 8 HD-DVD titles! No players in sight!

I snapped this pic of the nice Blu-ray display at my local Sam's Club. It sits close to the entrance.

Excellent, its great to see Blu-ray being placed in all corners of the market. The more stores that turn blu with it clearly visible the better.
