United Kingdom Just Bought New 3D TV

Hi, finally got round to buying a Samsung LE46C750 46 LCD 3D TV. I seen it in the store here in Belfast. Looks beautiful. The 2D to 3D conversion sold it to me alone. We watched the opening scene from The Dark Knight in stunning HD 3D conversion. I swear to you it looked like it was shot in 3D. I don't know how Samsung manged to pull this one off. I take delivery in 2 weeks time as they are quite hard to get the hold of. Finally a nice HD TV set. It will make my 4 year old Toshiba 42 LCD look like nothing.

I like your HT gallery but I like the refrigerator with the beer in it the most. I gave it a 10.

If you look at his post, he quoted Morrissey, which is who he was talking to, not you. Yes, a PM would have been MUCH better than a post that mucks up your thread, especially since he didn't even mention anything about your new 3D TV.

I read somewhere that Samsung and Toshiba are liscensing the 2D to 3D conversion tech from some company.

My friend just bought one of these and it's a solid television. Unfortunately, I want to get away from Samsung and go to Panasonic. It's not the products, I think their products are fantastic and the tv I have is great. It's their customer service, it's terrible. They lie and go through loop holes to not help people out. I'm not the only one who has reported it either.
Once my Samsung breaks down, I'm buying a Panasonic V20. It probably won't take long either, because it makes loud clicking sounds when I turn it off after watching it for over an hour and a half and Samsung refuses to help me.
I love the Samsung tvs though, and this 3DTV is no exception. They have a great look to them, as well. It's a shame that they treat their customers like sh*t though...

Samsung are known to be terrible with customers. that's why I took extended warranty on mine, got it quite cheap. Any problems, the store deals with it, even they don't like dealing with Samsung.
