I have an Adcom CD player in my reference music system. They make great equipment.

I'm sorry, but I don't see anything about Adcom coming out with a Blu player in 2008. In fact, I don't see anything mentioned about a Blu player from Adcom.
Yes, I am quite familiar with Adcom.
Otherwise, I would expect that Arcam would be the first bona-fide high end CE company to come out with a Blu player.

Back when I had the room to do it and no neighbors that would complain, I used the "old school" ADCOM GFA power amplifiers bridged in mono to drive Klipsch Chorus 1 and 2s. Somebody tell me that you haven't heard of Klipsch, and I'm leaving! Until this thread I had no idea that they had branched off into video. They are VERY well known for clean, raw power amplifiers, and if I ever have the room and no neighbors that would complain again, I'd pull them out of the basement.

The only Adcom product I have in the system is an ACE-515 surge/power conditioner. Good solid products in the mid to high end range.

Ooops, I always confuse Arcam and Adcom. The CD player I mentioned above is actually Arcam I think.

I would welcome a BD player from either or both of these guys.

It's not announced... as I say, it's verbal admission direct from Adcom and yes, their stuff is high current, better than the average electronics.

Yes, I think that is the sector they belong to. I use to have a couple Adcom amplifier, good product but since then I move up many times.
